Training Center Hours
The course hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The lunch break is approximately 1 hour long. In addition, there are several breaks throughout the day.
Directions to Deltek's Cambridge, MA Training Facility
The most convenient way of getting to our offices and maneuvering around the congested streets of Boston and Cambridge is to take a taxicab. A cab from Logan Airport will cost about $30, including airport fees and tolls. You can tell the cab driver we are located in the Alewife section of Cambridge off the Alewife Brook Parkway (Rt 2/Rt 16).
From Storrow Drive:
Follow Storrow Drive along the river, keeping to the right, for approximately 4 and 1/2 miles. Follow signs to Routes 2, 3, and 16 - Arlington, bearing to the right. You will go through a set of lights and bear left onto Fresh Pond Parkway (Route 16). Go through 3 more sets of lights. Continue on until you get to a rotary. Go left around rotary to a second rotary (Ground Round Restaurant will be facing you). Take a right after the Best Western and 99 Restaurant onto Alewife Brook Parkway (Rt 2/Rt 16), continue over the bridge. At the first set of lights after the bridge take a left onto CambridgePark Drive. 100 CambridgePark Drive will be about 1000 yards down on your left. The Visitor Parking entrance is located just beyond the 150 CambridgePark Drive building on your left, you will need to tell the attendant you are visiting Deltek Systems.
From Alewife T Station:
When exiting the T, exit near Bertucci's and take a right onto CambridgePark Drive. Continue down CambridgePark Drive for about 500 yards to number 100 (Left side). Deltek�s training facility is located on the 5th floor.
From Logan Airport:
Exit airport following signs to the Sumner Tunnel ($2.00 toll at entrance). As you exit the tunnel, go up ramp to 93N (signs to Expressway North, Route 93N, Route 3N, and Route 1A N). Take 2nd exit to Storrow Drive. Follow Storrow Drive along river, keeping to the right, for approximately 4 and 1/2 miles. Follow signs to Routes 2, 3, and 16 - Arlington, bearing to the right. You will go through a set of lights and bear left onto Fresh Pond Parkway (Route 16). Go through 3 more sets of lights. Continue on until you get to a rotary. Sign-in
Upon arrival at the training room, make certain to sign the attendance sheet for your course.

A variety of baked goods are available throughout the day, along with coffee, teas and sodas.
Dress Code
The dress code is business casual.
Continuing Education Credits
You may receive continuing education credits for attending any of these courses from The American Institute of Architects and the National Society of Professional Engineers. We can also provide documentation of your training to receive credit from other organizations. *CPE Credits are only available with courses as described in the course descriptions. Please contact us for more information.
Miscellaneous
Smoking is not permitted inside the building. If you wish to smoke, you must do so in the designated smoking areas around the building.
In order to avoid disruptions, it is requested that you turn ringers off cellular phones or pagers in the classroom during the sessions. If someone needs to contact you, she/he can call the number listed above and leave a message with the receptionist. The receptionist will interrupt the course only in cases of extreme emergency.
