Generating Project Management Review (PMR) presentations each month is a monumental task. But, with the Briefing Wizard, you can easily use the template based automation broker to interface with Deltek wInsight and MS PowerPoint to automatically build PMR presentations based upon management-by-exception criteria that you establish. With Briefing Wizard just select the wInsight project, select a view from wInsight to be displayed, the number of cost/schedule drivers to display, a wInsight filter to apply, and the charts to include in the presentation. Select the "Finish" button and Briefing Wizard automatically builds your PMR presentation in MS PowerPoint.

• Integrates with MS PowerPoint and Deltek wInsight — Briefing Wizard is a template-based tool that communicates with wInsight and Microsoft PowerPoint to automatically build presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint. Relevant wInsight sort windows and charts are perfectly sized in each PowerPoint slide.
• Dynamically builds presentations based upon Management Criteria — Presentations built by the Briefing Wizard are based upon management-by-exception criteria that you define. The elements selected for inclusion in the presentation will vary from period to period depending on the performance of each element. You may also select wInsight filters to narrow the elements selected by virtually any metric in the database. Further, you can select the wInsight view and trend charts you wish to present. Once you have set the criteria it can be saved to a template file for reuse. You may have as many template files as desired. Save a template for each project; or one for a Control Account Managers (CAM)/Integrated Product Development (IPD) team leader that collects their information across multiple projects.
