Jim Reagan works closely with Deltek’s executive team to develop the company’s financial growth strategy. Well-known throughout the financial community, Reagan has more than 25 years of financial management experience as well as industry-specific expertise in government contracting and IT services. Reagan looks to help position the company in its continuing expansion through internal development and future acquisitions in project-oriented target markets.

Prior to Deltek, Reagan was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Aspect Communications, a leading provider of contact center solutions and services that enable businesses to manage and optimize customer communications. During this time, Reagan helped realign the organization, implemented various cost-savings strategies and helped improve the company’s relationship and quality of communications with the investor and analyst communities. Reagan also held several senior financial positions at American Management Systems, Nextel, MCI, Unisite and ICF-Kaiser. Reagan holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from William and Mary and an executive MBA from Loyola College in Baltimore.
