As Deltek's Executive Vice President of Global Support, David Hare oversees all of Deltek's product and customer support efforts globally. Prior to joining Deltek, Hare served as the Senior Vice President of Global Product Support for the Oracle Corporation where he was responsible for support services encompassing over 5,000 employees providing support in 18 major locations in 9 languages. Hare has also held senior strategic positions at PeopleSoft, Inc., as their Group Vice President of Support Services, at Redback Networks where he was the Vice President of Worldwide Customer Service, and at Aspect Communications where he was the Senior Vice President of Customer Service and Corporate Officer. He has held additional strategic senior roles at the Baan Company, Amdahl Corporation, and Digital Equipment Corporation.

Hare attended DeAnza College, Oglethorpe University and Springfield Technical College.
